Although non-perishable foods are less subject to the action of atmospheric agents, transport is nevertheless regulated by strict hygiene and sanitary regulations to be respected.

Non-perishable foods include all those products that are easily stored at room temperature and even in sub-optimal atmospheric conditions, with long storage periods and with a low water content.

In order to be able to transport non-perishable food, it is essential that the transport vehicle has the characteristics to ensure optimal conditions throughout the journey so as to avoid possible alterations of food.
